Saranggani Congressman Stops By the Oval Office- “An Unforgettable Moment”

Eight time world boxing champion and now Congressman Manny Pacquiao (Pacman) got the privilege to step on the grounds of the White House (WH) and reportedly had a tete-a-tete conversation with President Barrack Obama with the help of his friend Nevada Senator Harry Reid. (photo from the web)

I was surfing the net to check on details of Pacquiao’s WH visit but based on reports, it appears nothing has been said much about it except for the very brief identical press releases published by certain known sports dailies. One of the highlights of the reports is Pacman’s comments such as,  “This is an Unforgettable Moment In My Life, “It was a great honor to meet the President of the United States” and that “The President is a very tall man”! It would have been exciting to see the pictures of the meeting of the two famous figures but none of which were published. There could be some protocol justifications behind it. What do you think guys?

Candidly, my friend was better off and much luckier, she was able to have a photo-op with the President………not in WH ………

but at Madame Tussauds!. See this?

Seriously, I am pretty interested in the conversation between them, specifically the pieces of advice the President gave him  as far as politics is concerned, if any. I just hope there was nothing mentioned about Pacman's plan to run as  President in the future!

Incidentally, Pacman is set to fight with Shane Mosley, an American, on May 7th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. So, Mosley/Pacman’s avid fans out there and boxing enthusiasts, grab now your pens and reserve the dates, either fly to the Westcoast and book for hotels for the main event (just don't forget to check on myuseful travel tips) or simply call Pay-per-view to purchase the fight event via private telecast. Now, who's your bet ?
