The Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Labor Department posted an increase in job employment of 271,000 in October 2015 (compared to 142,000 in September), cutting down the unemployment rate to 5%, the lowest so far since 2008. I was surprised to hear reports from tri-media particularly broadcast media, aggressively promoting Halloween related activities in the Philippines. Even in my social media pages, with mostly “Filipinos” in the friends list were like having fun with their Halloween parties and trick-or-treating during the Halloween eve.
