The Feeling of A Broken Angel: An Update About Angelina

Do you still recall  about the “Online Romance of Brad and Angelina”.   Surely,  what happened to their marriage was mind boggling. Almost everyone of Angelina’s friends suggested that moving on was the best thing to do.  But it is easier said than done particularly if it is your first time in a  new place; it could be riveting and disorienting.  Her funds were dwindling,  there was no one to turn to,  and no shoulders of  families and relatives to cry on.  But with her strong faith and  God’s blessings,  Angelina was able to continue with her life in the Land … Continue reading The Feeling of A Broken Angel: An Update About Angelina

Engaged in an online conversation in the wee hours of the morning when I learned about the 8.9 magnitude earthquake which hit Sendai, the epicenter located in the northeastern coast of Japan. I was directed to view the CNN video which at that time was simultaneously being played while the tsunami was reaching the waters under a certain city bridge and which quickly rose to a higher level, and where owners of cars and trucks passing thru the bridge were rushing to and fro to take their refuge. It was horrific to see various videos and photos of how people … Continue reading Killer Earthquakes:The “First Quarter” Massive Destruction – A Moment of Prayer

Organizing A Choir – 3rd Series of Tips and Thoughts

Hello, folks, I’m here again to blog about the subject. Please bear with me, if I may sound like so excited to give you updates on how our choir is doing. It is just so amazing how God answers prayers – indeed, sometimes in really strange unexpected ways, right? As in some choir groups, our newly formed choir is made up of busy volunteers from our parish who view their membership as a stewardship of their 3T’s, time, treasure and talent? Rather than being with their respective families during weekends, the members find time to be with the group for … Continue reading Organizing A Choir – 3rd Series of Tips and Thoughts
